2019 Toyota Tundra TRD Sport &#8211; Bronze Offroad Build

Bronze and blue might still be a sore spot for us St. Louisans, but that doesn’t mean we can’t appreciate a good-looking truck.

We took inspiration from our previous Bronze Off-Road package and made a few changes for this one.

Gone are the fender flares, and in their place we put a 30-inch Rough Country light bar. This single-row CREE LED light bar fits in the Tundra factory bumper. It blends into the factory styling of the truck and it’s the reason we love using this light bar in the Tundra.

Method Wheel Package

We chose 20-inch Fuel Offroad Tech D671 wheels for this package. These one-piece cast aluminum wheels have a 7 split-spoke design in matte bronze.

Surrounding the wheels are 34-inch Nitto Ridge Grapplers. This 275/65R20 all-terrain tire provides a quiet and comfortable ride on the road without sacrificing off-road performance.

Suspension Lift & Steps

For tires this large, you typically need to raise the body. We used a ToyTec Boss Suspension System to do just that. It comes at a standard 3-inch lift, but can be lowered down if you don’t need the full lift.

To make entry and exit as easy as possible we turned to one of our favorites—Predator Pro steps from N-Fab. These black boards replicate the look of the Toyota OEM Predator tube step.

Custom Bronze Accessories

We painted the Tundra nameplates in bronze, and replaced the TRD Sport bed decal with something special.

We used our custom two-tone bronze and matte black TRD graphic to replace the factory decal. This is an important custom element that makes the truck break the factory mold.
