2-Inch Leveling Kit
We erased the factory rake of the F150 with a 2-inch leveling kit from Rough Country. These simple kits adjust your stance, raising the front of the truck to be level with the rear. It’s a pretty fast modification that changes the personality of your truck significantly.
We always recommend talking with one of our experts before making a lift or leveling decision. Finding the right lift for your vehicle isn’t always an easy process. You can start a custom quote with us to get started.
Wheels & Tires
Brand new for 2020 are the Fuel Offroad Rebel 1-piece wheels. Available in five, six, and eight spoke configurations, plus three color variations, these wheels will please almost anyone. They blend modern styling with timeless design elements. The anthracite color we chose for our Rebel 6 wheels closely matches the black and gray theme of this build.
We paired these with some large 33-inch Toyo Open Country A/T II tires. This versatile all-terrain tire offers excellent traction and tread life along with a blatantly aggressive tread design and quiet ride. These are a popular truck pick that you’ll find in several of our other builds.
Exhaust
We added a Flowmaster Cat-Back Exhaust System to amp up the sound of this truck. The dual 2.5 inch tailpipes exit out the sides and are finished off with a pair of large diameter steel tips. These are black ceramic coated to give you an aggressive look with your aggressive new sound.
Blackout Exterior
We started with our magnetic/black Ford XLT Emblem Kit on this truck. This includes a gloss black and magnetic gray Ford badge for the grille and tailgate, as well as matte black F150 XLT nameplates for the front fenders. This color combination pairs perfectly with the plastic trim pieces on every F150 and the anthracite color of the wheels. We went even further and added a vinyl “F-150” inlay on the tailgate to match. Small features like these are what really make a truck stand apart from the rest.
We also tinted the front driver and passenger windows to match the factory privacy glass of the rear windows. We use Suntek Carbon series window film which has a rich black color that’s protected against fading.
Potential Additions
A bed cover like the Undercover Ultra Flex Tonneau would be a great addition for nearly any owner. It expands your cargo carrying ability without giving up full-bed access.
If you’re a leather fan another addition could be Katzkin Leather. They make leather kits that completely replace cloth upholstered seating. They have many awesome designs to choose from, or you can even make your own.
