Hummer has been a brand known for massive SUVs, and the 2024 Hummer EV truck lives up to their reputation. This brutal electric truck is super charged despite its weight it still sprints 0-60 in 3.3 seconds and has 1,000-hp! A truck this wild deserves an equally out of the ordinary styling. Which is why wrapping this Interstellar White Hummer EV with a satin indigo blue vinyl and installing bronze accents was the move.

Satin Blue Vinyl Wrap
Despite the new hummers unmistakable design, the standard gloss white didn’t have the appeal our client wanted. In order to enhance the appearance, we installed aย satin blue vinyl wrapย from 3M that would alter its color and finish. Satin finishes are less reflective than gloss making it appear closer to matte, but not quite the same. This results in a unique textured look that draws attention and makes you want to run your hand across it…
Vinyl wraps are a great way of customizing your ride. Not only do they protect your paint from damage, but they are cost-effective and fully customizable. If you want to switch out your wrap for a new design, you can do so with ease. This is great for keeping the resale value since you aren’t fully changing its color permanently. When properly installed and cared for, a wrap will last up to 7 years.
Powder Coated Skid Plate
Color change on this build doesn’t end with the vinyl wrap. Next the monstrous skid plate got powder coated with a bronze finish that contrasts with the dark blue. When you use the crab walking feature on this Hummer EV while off-roading the under carriage is well protected by this bronze skid plate.
Powder coatingย allows you to keep metal design elements while altering their color and improving their durability. You can apply a powder coat finish in a wide variety of colors though we most commonly see black or bronze. Why else would you use a powder coat finish? You get better coverage, a more environmentally friendly impact, and cheaper cost than new wheels.
Bronze Powder Coated Wheels
Along with the reborn Hummer line comes new stock wheel designs. These wheels also got a bronze powder coat finish to improve their styling. However, this powder coating only goes to the edge of the rims to cover up the chrome while keeping the black center. This new color scheme matches the skid plate and tow hooks along with the interior trim accents.
Chrome Delete Bronze Emblems
Once the skid plate and wheels were reinstalled those chrome emblems looked off. So, we customized them by painting nameplate and EV emblems bronze. Normally chrome deletes are all black, but this build shows that emblems can be any color you want.
The bronze GMC emblem and Hummer EV badging were looking good after reinstalled. Altering the emblems of your ride is one of the best ways to personalize it since you remove the generic factory look! Break the mold and get the look you really want.
Tinted Windows
Of course, to end our builds most vehicles get a 3M window tint. Why do we install so much window tint? Well, window tint rejects solar energy which keeps the interior of your ride cooler you stay safe from those sunny rays. Blocking the UV rays reduces visual risk and protects against skin cancer!
When you go to tint your windows, check your local laws, so that you choose the correct % of VLT (Visual Light Transference). We always recommend a professional install for this modification. Poor tint jobs will bubble and discolor over time. Make sure your window tint installer has a good warranty to protect your investment!
